How do I add another team member? I filled out the form when we were three and now we’re four.

Will there be a remote option or will participating necessarily require gathering indoors? And if the event will be indoors, assuming no pandemic restrictions are imposed at the time, is the safety of participants and the people they have contact with being considered (air filtration, ventilation, etc)?

The event will be an indoor event where all participating teams are expected to be physically present. It will be in a nice large room we have reserved downtown (accessible by public transit).

Assuming no pandemic restrictions put in place by the government, the safety measures will be comparable to what is currently in place in concert halls, bars and restaurants. As this will be a standing tasting event, it will not be possible to require the wearing of a surgical mask, nor to enforce large physical distance (>2 m) between participants.

If public health rules end up changing, we will make sure our event abide to the new rules and we will let everybody know.

Will team members receive 1 box of ingredients each? Is it 1 batch of beer per team?

1 box of ingredients, enough to brew 1 batch of beer, per team.

Oui, ça s’en vient! Nous venons juste de trier les ingrédients. Content de voir qu’il y a de la fébrilité et qu’on a hâte de recevoir ça :wink:

Hey Norm, si je veux me rajouter à une équipe qui est déjà enregistrée est-ce que je passe par le lien et je ne fais que remplir les instructions pertinentes et le paiement?

Ou bien le « lead » de l’équipe doit le faire pour moi?

Tu peux le faire directement par le lien pour le paiement de l’inscription et puis tu me diras le nom de l’équipe. Je t’ajouterai manuellement.

Tant qu’il y a de la place! Nous avons 19 équipes d’inscrites. La limite initiale de 20 équipes participantes pourrait être augmentée à 25 si la demande est là.

J’ai pas de moulin à grain car je commande toujours pré-moulu jusqu’à présent. Est-ce possible de faire moulé d’avance si je donne mes quantités ? Sinon je peux surement aller dans un brew shop sponsors I guess ?

Est-ce que tu es seul dans ton équipe? Il doit sûrement avoir un autre qui a un moulin?
