I really enjoyed the tasting yesterday. Thanks to the club executive for putting this together and especially to Jesse for the presentation. Thanks also to KBC for the support.

As discussed last night, we should get together Saturday at 5pm at Mutoïde Microbrasserie to taste and discuss a couple beers. I really found value in the format yesterday, at least how our table discussed the tastes and aromas. Is anyone else available?

Je vais poster le ppt demain pour tout le monde, mais de mémoire c’était :

Diacetyl, Mercaptan, DMS, Skunky, Oxidized, Metallic, Sulfur, Butyric acid, sour, phenolic

Hey guys! We’re almost there! What are your weaknesses we can all work on for next week exam?

My weaknesses seem to be Witbier and Scottish style beers, any advice on how to judge those? I also realized im almost blind to DMS, its almost alarming :sweat_smile:! Im very sensitive to oxidation and diacetyl, those are no issue.

Lets help each other out for that last week! What are your weaknesses? We can all chip in!
