Je lance l’idée comme ça… mais ce serait peut-être bien de savoir ce que tout le monde a l’intention de préparer pour éviter de se retrouver avec plusieurs bières du même style quand nous avons l’opportunité d’avoir de la variété. Je serais prêt à changer ma recette si je vois qu’il y a déjà quelques IPA en préparation!

Je comprends ton point. Ça enlèverait légèrement l’effet de surprise, quoiqu’on sait d’avance quelles seront les bières pour le mois.
Voici la liste des styles de bière que les participants ont inscrits. C’est sujet à changement et je demanderai aux participants une confirmation prochainement pour l’élaboration de la caisse et de la feuille de présentation.

Votre comité exécutif a décidé cette année de vous offrir la possibilité d’exprimer vos talents artistiques dans le cadre du calendrier de l’Avent. Pour l’illustration de l’affiche officielle, nous vous demandons de créer une image comportant le nom de votre bière, qui apparaîtra dans la case du jour qui lui est attribuée.
Nous aurons donc besoin que vous nous envoyiez une illustration au format carré (elle sera redimensionnée à 38 mm × 38 mm), de préférence en couleur, d’ici le 10 novembre 2023.
En cas de non-soumission de votre part, nous nous contenterons d’inscrire votre nom et le nom de votre bière. Ce sera moins coloré, mais l’information sera tout de même transmise aux autres participants.
Your executive team has decided this year to offer you the opportunity to express your artistic talents as part of the Advent calendar. To illustrate the official poster, we kindly request you to create an image with your beer’s name, which will appear in the assigned day’s slot for your beer.
Therefore, we will need you to send us a square-format illustration (it will be resized to 38 mm × 38 mm), preferably in colour, by November 10, 2023.
In the event of no submission on your part, we will simply include your name and the name of your beer. It will be less colourful, but the information will still be conveyed to the other participants.

Should it ideally include beer name, beer style, and brewer name?
Sure! It can be a copy of your label, or a way for the participant to identify the current day with a specific beer to taste.
E.g. it can be a QR code which brings him/her to a YouTube video of the brewer talking about the beer.

Anyone else having labels made? I am thinking about ordering from Bannerbuzz.ca It’s 24$ for 25 labels (3X3 inches) all included. Reasonable for a small order, I think but any better deals out there (besides printing myself)?
We seem to have a 15% deal with GrogTag as Montrealers members. I might order the labels from them

@ericpare et moi-même pouvons recevoir vos bouteilles dans Rosemont. Suffit de communiquer directement avec nous pour trouver un bon moment. Vous n’avez qu’à choisir le préféré d’entre nous deux!

And a reminder… Bottles are due this Friday, so we can sort them on the weekend and have them ready for pickup by Monday!

Are the drop-off points the same as the pick-up points? (Wondering on behalf of the Sud-ouest gang to see what my options would be for picking up our bottles, if that makes a difference)
