A friend of mine got his hands on a bag of this malt and was kind enough to offer me to brew with it. Have you ever used it? Does it have to be stepped mash or is it modified enough that single infusion is ok?
According to this, the people who brewed with did a decoction; probably due to it’s very low modification.
