Looking for a Sanitary Welder

Hey all,

I’m looking for a sanitary welder to do some welds on my stainless equipment. Have any of you found a welder who does good work and you can recommend?

I don’t know anyone. But can you solder with silver (lead-free)?

I had work done a long time ago by Spécialistes d’acier inoxydables T.L. inc. in Boisbriand.

They’re the ones that build that homebrew setup called “Brasse Camarade” which is a compact, 3 vessel, electric home system. They also built the Montreal Dieu Du Ciel brewery among many others including Greg Noonan’s Vermont Pub, Cheval Blanc, etc.

Anyway, they built my first kettle from a 50L Guinness keg which I still have and use as an HLT.

They were easy to work with and did good work. They’re used to working with homebrewers, so you’ll get exactly what you want.

I have a friend from Ormstown who is a pipe rig welder. He used to do jobs in dairy facilities, so he is used to work with SS.
