Thank you Vincent for the beer and Norm for the eduction! Listening to some Annie Duparc while I sipped this and read the other links definitely added to my knowledge of the culture and texture to the beer drinking itself. The beer itself is lovely. I got a very clear light amber pour with oddly less foam than others got. I’m not sure I would have called out the juice addition if it wasn’t stated. It definitely blends well with the rest of the beer, and creates a nicely complex, fruity, caramelly sipper.

Merci d’avoir partagé cette bière. Je suis pas du tout le genre de brasseur qui fait des expériences funky comme ça, mais c’est quand-même le fun pouvoir en goûter parce que souvent ça donne de bons résultats parfois. Comme c’est le cas ici.

Comme tu peux voir, c’était une bière tellement distincte de ce que je suis habitué à boire, que je savais pas trop comment mettre l’expérience dans des mots. Haha
