Howdyhey. Not exactly beer but you need to mash to make whisky, right? I’ve noticed these home distilling units popping up at homebrew shops and wondered if anyone had any experience, or could comment on how they can legally market it as an “alcohol distiller” when, as far as I know, home distilling is illegal.
