I haven’t fermented in one of these in probably 18 years! Look at that cold break! 
I wanted to brew my entry for the MoB Beau’s Oktoberfest Iron Brewer competition. Haven’t competed in many years, so I was anxious to get it into a fermenter so that I would have time to condition and bottle it before December.
