CO2 Tank Leak

Tried to get my 5lb CO2 tank filled this weekend at Bootlegger. They called me because there was a leak underneath the knob and they could not fill it.

Its less than 3 years old (bought it from OBK). Does anyone have experience with this and know where I can get it repaired?

My guess would be Globe in Lachine, or another company that certifies tanks. I would expect them to have replacement parts.
