Boutique Cheers unused gift certificate

Hiya beeros,

Boutique Cheers recently closed permanently and I have an unused gift certificate. I tried to contact them to find out if there’s any way to redeem it but didn’t get a reply. I assume I’m just screwed here but worth a shot to ask anyway. Does anyone know anyone from the company or know the laws around something like this?

If I was in your situation Marc, I would swallow the pill and forget about it. Think about it, they most probably closed the shop due to financial issues. Unused gift certificate is the least of their concerns.
