I made an order at Boswell the other day for dinner and picked up a bomber bottle of Brown Ale while I was at it. It was delicious. In my humble opinion, it had the depth of malty flavors I wanted while being well balanced by the bitterness, and super easy to drink. And the kicker was that it came in a bare bottle with just the tied-on label, meaning it will be super easy to re-use for some homebrew. That’s a win-win in my book.
I highly recommend you check it out if you have the chance (the food was delicious too).
