I’m in touch with one of the owners of Cidrerie Sauvageon (Cidre sauvageon - La Centrale Agricole). They have fresh apple pulp leftover from their cider production that can make a nice addition to a batch of beer (I’m thinking an apple saison, but there’s certainly room for other options). Would anybody be interested in picking up some to add to an upcoming batch?
To be perfectly honest, I don’t know how much pulp you’ll need for a 20-40L batch. They’ve got plenty to give away, but we would need to plan this out soon as the season is approaching it’s end. Also, you need to be able to brew with the pulp within a day or two of pressing to avoid contamination/decomposition.
