When I started homebrewing almost 30 years ago, there was nothing available hardware wise. You had to either buy a big restaurant pot or build your own out of Sanke kegs, which is what I did. I also horded three more kegs thinking that I might want to build something different in the future. I still have those kegs in my barn. Is anyone interested in them? They would be big enough to build a keggle to boil a 10 gallon batch. Make me an offer… and btw, in case you don’t know, I’m in Alexandria, ON now, so there will be the issue of getting them to you.
