New to home brewing. I started all grain brewing in April 2020 and as of January 2021, I am up to 12 batches.(13 if you count 1 small batch of extract) I am hooked! I don’t see any part of the process as tedious, I enjoy it all, even bottle cleaning and sanitizing.
